放置时间过长的发动机检查方法及建议

以下为检查内容及建议:
1.上海柳工工厂对发动机启动及动力等常规项目进行了厂内试机,未发现质量问题。
  对于发动机自带的供气及水循环胶管,外表未发现龟裂或老化的情况。各个接头连接及密封良好。
2.现场发现部分发动机曲轴箱通风管与空滤胶管连接有松动
建议:重新上紧或增加卡箍箍紧

3.部分叉车电气线路及发动机电气线路(发电机及传感器连接线)没有统一走线,离发动机机体较近。
建议:整理线束并外部套隔热波纹管并固定,防止靠近发动机
4.液化气气瓶安装方向错误,使用一段时间后会导致燃料供应不足或发动机熄火
建议:按照气瓶标识,箭头朝上放置。
5.部分供气线路上的接头密封使用了生料带
建议:密封统一使用螺纹密封胶,不会对LPG气体造成污染,引起排放或发动机燃料问题。
6.对于放置仓库2年的发动机,是否需要更换发动机管路的问题,美方IMPCO答复如下:
     If no obvious visual evidence of cracking or deterioration, should we consider to replace the Coolant Circulation Hoses to & from the Vaporizer, as well as the LPG Supply Hoses?
 - If an engine has been sitting unused for a significant period of time (over 6 months) all hoses and belts should be inspected to confirm they are still flexible and have not become brittle or have any signs of cracking or deterioration. Replace any deteriorated or damaged hoses.

- All connection of hoses (coolant, fuel, crank case vapors and air) to fittings or the engine block should be checked to assure the connection is still secure. Correct any loose connections.
(所有连接处需要测漏,包括气管,水管及连接处,重要!)
- After the fuel and coolant has first been introduced into the engine and the engine cranked, started and run for 30 seconds. The engine should be turned off and all coolant and fuel hoses should be checked for leakage.  Correct any source of leaks found.
(启动至少30秒,并且检查是否有泄漏)
- The engine should then be started operated until the coolant has come to stable temperature (approximately 75 to 90 degrees C) and then the engine shut off and again all coolant and fuel hoses should be checked for leakage. Correct any source of leaks found.
(启动并使得水温达到75~90度,然后关闭发动机,检查漏水)
 

 

7.对于柳工担心的发动机缸盖通气管连接处,靠近进气歧管,是否会因为高温引起管路泄漏或老化的问题,发动机生产方IMPCO答复如下:
      See attached picture.    If the hose (in the Circle) is in the right position or routed correctly? It appeared that it is too close to the Intake Manifold. LiuGong was very concerned about this particular issue, as they feared that under continuous operation under the hood in the long run, would it be the reason of spontaneous combustion occurred before?
 The hose in the photograph is in the correct position as can be seen by comparing the photo (on the right)  with the 3D model for the LT90L30RB-P101 (on the left).

This hose does not carry LPG fuel, it is part of the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) emissions control system.  This hose contains a mixture of air and cylinder blow-by gasses (already combusted fuel and air), mostly air that is drawn into the crankcase via the breather cap on top of the valve cover. It is shielded from the exhaust manifold and the exposure to the intake manifold would not result in overheating of the hose as it is fresh intake air that is running through the intake manifold. As mentioned above after prolonged non-use this hose, along with all others, should be inspected for secure connection to the PCV valve and the intake manifold barb and for any signs or deterioration.
